"Turn Back the Clock Week"?will offer students the chance to play marbles, kickball, dodgeball and rock, paper, scissors.

This spring a wide variety of sports and other activities will be offered for PUC students, including several new intramurals as well as some old favorites.
"We are offering all kinds of intramurals this semester. I feel there is something for just about everyone, even those who aren't into playing sports," said intramural sports coordinator Matt Dudzik.
Two of the new intramurals this spring include swimming and a "Turn Back the Clock Week," which will feature many different games that PUC students may have played when they were younger - dodgeball, kickball, marbles and paper, rock, scissors.
"I think that week will be a huge hit with students," said Dudzik. "Even those who are not very athletic will be able to be involved and have fun."
"Turn Back the Clock Week" will take place the week of Jan. 29 and the swimming event is scheduled for April at the Hammond YMCA.
Several intramurals that were popular in previous years will be returning as well, such as basketball, volleyball and wrestling. All are expected to bring large turnouts.
"Another sport we're expecting a lot of sign-ups for is soccer. It continues to grow every year and I think this will be its biggest year yet," said Dudzik.
Nick Kalwinski, a graduate student in business communication, is a constant participant of intramurals and is excited about this upcoming semester. He thinks there is something for everyone.
"I'm excited for bocce ball," said Kalwinski. "It has a cult-like following and I think that there will be a lot of strong support for it."
He also believes that Texas Hold 'Em will be a hit because this will be its third year and the games popularity continues to grow.
Intramurals are available for free to all fitness club members and those interested should sign up early because spots may fill up quickly.
